Responsibilities

Accountable to perform all functions required to process payments on the Remittance Processing DP 250/OCR Image system. The operators must know this system completely and all multifunctional tasks required to handle the job.
Processes payments and balance payments by the scheduled time frames set for each application.
Processing and updating customer payments the day they are received is critical for Alfa’s continued success. This system is technical and requires a strong team of operators who work toward the same day credit at the bank and good customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience using a personal computer.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
NT Windows experience preferred.
Knowledge of processing money and balancing is helpful.
