Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Client Administration Supervisor to oversee a dedicated support team and ensure
operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and commitment to quality and
innovation. If you have experience in insurance operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might

Responsibilities 
  • Provide training for support team
    members
  • Maintain a professional, courteous
    working relationship within the
    department and other home office
    personnel.
  • Work with team members to develop
    comprehensive test plans and document
    testing standards/procedures to ensure
    high-quality production deliveries.
  • An ability to originate or develop ideas,
    and a willingness to do more than the
    required work, seeks new or challenging
    assignments.
  • Pursue continuing education
    opportunities to improve knowledge of
    Alfa’s products, technology and process
    innovation.
Qualifications
  • College Degree preferred but not required.
  • 3 years’ experience of insurance operations required. Knowledge of underwriting, claims and contact management systems are preferred. Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  • Proven verbal and written skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
  • Exemplary leadership, supervisory, and communication skills
